I am currently working on various Simultaneous Location and Mapping (SLAM) projects for various research project. The first is a SLAM system that is aware of dynamic environments. The other is SLAM in subterranean environments, part of the DARPA Subterranean Challenge MARBLE team.

The team is designing a completely autonomous submersible vehicle for AUVSI's international RoboSub competition. As a co-team lead I have been helping to acquire sponsorships, as well as leading the Electrical Team towards its individual project goals. During 2016 I helped us secure permanent lab space at the University of Colorado for the team, and lead a Senior Design Project designing the power system and controls system.

My first project was using SolidWorks to design a staging area for Dragonfly Tipping Point Test Demonstration. The stage housed a robotic arm in a blackout environment to simulate a space environment. My next project was using KiCad to design breakout PCBs for various motor controllers. My last project which I left in progress was designing a mockup robotic arm. I designed first revision PCBs which integrated an IMU and a DC Motor Controller.
