• Lead all asset and fund-level analytical processes across Hampshire's diverse value-add investment platform • Underwrite and perform market research on all new acquisition opportunities and assist in conducting the due diligence process for all pipeline deals • Prepare acquisition packages for those deals that exceed Hampshire’s preferred returns to present to Hampshire’s Investment Committee • Responsible for all scenario running for (re)finance, base building, leasing and hold/sell analysis• Responsible for all analytical activities within Hampshire’s four value-add private equity real estate funds and direct investment platform including assumption tracking and track record updates for asset and fund performance, budget and actual updates in Argus, and quarterly/annual asset valuations• Provide analytical support to the CEO and partners throughout the fundraising and due-diligence process • Hampshire’s value-add platform invests in industrial, office, retail, multi-family and self-storage asset classes

• Successfully researched, analyzed and maintained hundreds of North American equity tickers within the technology sector in accordance with the United States GAAP and IFRS accounting standards • Conducted adjusted financials analysis in which all one-time/abnormal items are excluded from the appropriate Income Statement line item to develop an "adjusted Income Statement" for a better look into the company's core operations• Managed a team of equity analysts that collect and analyze historical market capitalization data • Collaborated with Bloomberg News to develop articles and showcase Bloomberg’s world class data sets• Helped create and implement North America’s improved shares outstanding update workflow and quality control process
