- Nominated for 2005 NAPSEC Direct Care Worker Of The Year- Overseeing and managing a program in a residential treatment facility housing youth with behavioral difficulties and histories of severe abuse, neglect, mental illness.- Management of daily shifts and implementation of agency policy and procedure.- Supervision of 50+ staff and 50 youth.- Respond to crisis situations and ensure the agency behavior management system and proper protocol is followed.- Work directly with case managers, clinical program director, therapists and Department Of Social Services as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure services are in place for youth.- Responsible for day-to-day, quarterly and yearly supervision/performance appraisals for lead residential counselors and residential counselors.

- Overseeing and managing a cottage environment of 8-12 youth in a residential facility.- Responsible for the supervision of 9-15 residential counselors working in my assigned environment.- Implementation of a behavior management system with the youth and staff residing in the cottage environment.- Promoting teamwork and consistency within the staff team in the cottage.- Responsible for the completion of quarterly Individual Treatment Plans for youth in care.
