As a Technical Support Engineer at Vocera Communications, I spend my time troubleshooting business critical IT infrastructure issues and outages, while providing a great customer experience. I graduated from The College of Engineering at San Jose State University, studying Industrial Technology with a concentration in Computer Electronics and Network Technology along with a minor in Business Management. I pride myself on my technical knowledge and drive to improve. With my experience in Technical positions at Vocera Communications and San Jose State University, I had the opportunity to gain hands on experience and improve my ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues. My experience as a Technical Support Engineer at Vocera Communications provided me with the opportunity to work with, and study, complex Windows and Linux server environments, and wireless networks. The projects I worked on during my degree program gave me the opportunity to put my skills to the test by designing and constructing engineering projects. My experience with these projects helped me not only hone my technical knowledge, but also given me an opportunity to gain experience in project management, as well as the ability to work with others. I am eager to continue to improve my knowledge and skill set throughout my career.
