As a Strategic Solutions Manager, I am the conduit between our clients and the delivery team. My top priority is to build strong and trusting relationships with our customers. Successfully led full campaigns encompassing all creative mediums including Broadcast, Print, Digital, Out-of-Home, Point-of-Sale, Direct Mail and miscellaneous collateral development. Responsible for establishing a global and granular view of all assigned client accounts and their respective workloads, leading the internal workflow and teams to complete quality work and managing projects from inception to completion. The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is the subject matter expert for delivery processes and PMO standards. They are the primary internal liaison for project tactics and are accountable for project execution. The primary role is to lead complex, high-risk, high-profile, or multi-variable projects from conception to launch. The Sr PM has expert-level project management skills that would allow this person to lead any type of delivery project with limited supervision.Responsibilities Include -Project plan creation-Author and communicate project charter-Review and distribute meeting recaps-Lead project kickoffs and status meetings-Interpret and distribute project burn analysis-Create and supervise Project Coordinator updates of resource management plan-Inform team of portfolio forecast plan-Project change impact analysis-Contribute inputs to project status-Delivery and management of technical and strategic projects-Drive the definition of project scope, deliverables, and milestones for project implementation-Identify project staff needs and work with resource managers and Project Coordinators to ensure accuracy and updates of resource plans-Lead the estimation process and provide project budget and staff plan parameters-Collaborate with SME teams to define project activity and key deliverables to develop project schedule and author project charter-Monitor project scope and critical path, identify potential bottlenecks, and work with Project -Coordinator to make schedule adjustments-Work with project team to identify project risk, plan for risk response and mitigation, and proactively monitor project risks and resolutions-Resolve conflicts, including scope, schedule, resource, budget, quality, and communication-Accountable for adequate project documentation (FRD, BRD, etc) within enterprise systems and acknowledged by all relevant stakeholders-Accountable for application of Intouch delivery processes and PMO standards across their projects

Managed all steps of the creative process from planning through execution for the Sonic team including a range of responsibilities from creating timelines to implementing creative strategy as well as production art functions. The work included a wide range of mediums from digital to out-of-home and required an acute attention to detail.

Directed a group of 20 students by instructing them on graphic design fundamentals and techniques as well as the entire creative process from concept to execution. Resposibilities included organizing and implementing a full lesson plan each week.

Worked in the Creative department as a Graphic Design Intern at the Overland Park office of Intouch Solutions. I completed several design projects from concept to execution for various pharmaceuticals brands. I also presented, with 3 other interns, the intern group's work for the summer to the executives of Intouch Solutions. The intern project consisted of a website redesign for the Children's Skin Disease Foundation, which I co-designed.

Worked as a part of a mixed group of American and Czech students working together for a two-week period. During this time, we also worked with McCann Erickson (Prague) and Nestle (CZ) to prepare a comprehensive marketing/advertising campaign for Nestle's brand, Honey Cheerios in the Czech Marketplace.
