Web Developer is more a catch all for what I do. I'm not a graphic designer, but I can translate design into code across the full stack. My skillset allows me to take a design, create the sass/html structure, translate it into a Sitecore rendering using C#/ASP.Net MVC and the Sitecore API, create the necessary data structure (templates) for our Sitecore rendering, and provide full-service customer support for our clients ranging from technical support/training to general questions on how to increase their web presence.I'm always looking for improvements regardless if I need to learn a new skill set. Thankfully, my team has allowed, and encouraged me, to branch out of my role so I can help in any way possible. This freedom allowed me to pursue projects that have drastically increased our overall productivity:- Transitioned CI/CD process from CC.Net to TFS Build & Release- Created front-end development workflow that drastically increased our version of time-to-market- Led our switch from an on-premise Sitecore installation to an AWS Cloud environment- Integrated Unicorn serialization into our Sitecore solution to streamline new component creation

I answered phone calls and emails to provide level 1 technical support for central university systems. When needed I performed level 1 hardware support for our immediate staff. I also produced reports for upper management using our ITSM software's built in reporting tool.

I handled level 1 phone and email support for multiple companies. On average I would have contact with 40-50 customers requesting help with hardware/software support or password resets.

As an Easy Tech Associate I was tasked with knowing the full details of new technology ranging from laptops, desktops, cameras, and printers to accessory equipment. This position acted as a sales team which required excellent customer service allowing our customers to trust me to provide their peace of mind solution.
