As a leader and mentor I specialize in Team Building, Process Development and Implementation, Resource Coordination, Supply Chain Management, and overall Service Delivery. From a small start up company to a multi-million dollar operation, I have been directly involved in the planning and implementation of the company's growth, operations, and direct client relations. To achieve our goals and exceed customer expectations, I believe strongly in building the people around me to be the best they can be through training, instilling confidence in our work force, and helping employees and clients build meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities include the management of a dynamic, multi-million dollar, multi-location inventory and logistics operation for the company. Through managing Purchasing and Warehouse Teams throughout Arizona, teaching and managing Best Practices, Vendor Relations, Logistics, Data Integrity, and Resource Coordination/Planning, I’ve overseen Materials Control Teams through several company merges, software implementations, and compliance initiatives required as a private company becomes publicly held.
