In this role I partnered with Senior Living operators across the country to drive more efficient procurement programs. With over 30 product programs, and over a million products we could choose from, I had to work consultatively to establish order formularies that met the needs of each community, region, or corporation. These programs varied from day-to-day supply needs to large scale capital expenditure projects / renovations. I worked alongside internal partners to deliver on these capital projects, even through the supply chain disruptions of 2020 and 2021. In this role I am responsible for the student organization's finances and fundraising efforts. Our fundraising was designed to cover the expenses of 30+ members traveling to the National Conference, among other initiatives.

- Supported the Commissions Management function with periodic commission reconciliations, analyses, and reporting- Prepared various analyses and reporting packages used by Trading and Client Reporting- Collaborated with Trade Operations teams to deliver accurate, trustworthy, and timely information on respective tasks - Provided cross-functional support in various area projects

Assisted financial advisors through a wide array of services. Input client financial information into the forcasting software and helped analyze the results. Created a new customer relationship management system to assist in the process of keeping in touch with clients. Made suggestions on which product to put clients into. Answered the phones and worked the reception desk.
