As a Technical Sales Representative, I have a demonstrated track record of building and expanding sales within the Asia Pacific region, as well as servicing existing customers. My role involved actively developing new business through lead generation, cold calling and by utilizing the distribution network. I also serviced existing customers by providing product training and ensuring all customers needs are met promptly. I worked closely with our distributors at both the account management and retail level and provide them with regular product training and technical support.

My role consists of working closely with the company’s Sales Representatives by liaising with our customers and delivering a solution to best suit their needs. I complete all the quoting and ordering requirements, as well as closely monitoring back ordered items to ensure the delivery of the ordered goods are completed in a timely manner. I also provide customer service for any queries or issues our customers have.

My role entailed working alongside the Account Managers by liaising with customers and performing all quoting and ordering that was required. I was also the first point of contact for any of my customers who had any concerns or queries. I worked closely with the Account Managers to ensure all our customers received a high level of service and were provided with the best possible solution to meet their needs.

Duties include customer service and assistance, as well as stocking shelves and general recovery of store

I worked in the furniture and technology department where my duties involve primarily customer service and sales. This involved interacting with customers in order to discover their needs and then ultimately negotiating any objections in order to deliver the customer with a satisfactory solution. This included both on the shop floor and over the phone sales. I also maintained and built furniture for display as well as replenishing stock levels.

Duties included taping coils, shaping coils, pressing coils with a heat press, packing coils in boxes. Also included general maintenance and cleaning duties.

Duties included register operation, customer service and a management role as front end controller. Other duties also included stock replenishment, general stock handling duties, cash handling and phone sales. In 2007, I received the ADRT North Brisbane Permanent Team Member of the Year award.
