Key Responsibilities:Forensic Analysis: Conduct detailed forensic investigations for Business Email Compromise (BEC) and ransomware incidents, collecting and analyzing digital evidence from multiple data sources, including email platforms, file systems, and network logs.Incident Response: Respond to security incidents, working alongside senior consultants to mitigate threats, contain incidents, and support recovery efforts.Ransomware Investigations: Analyze ransomware incidents to determine the extent of the attack, the method of infiltration, and provide recommendations for remediation and prevention.Cybersecurity Consulting: Provide expert cybersecurity recommendations to clients, focusing on threat detection, mitigation strategies, and improving overall security resilience.Client Communications: Serve as a point of contact for clients during investigations, ensuring clear communication and updates throughout the process.EDR Deployments: Support the deployment and configuration of Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions, such as Carbon Black, SentinelOne, or Tanium, to enhance endpoint security for clients.NIST Compliance Consulting: Assist clients with aligning their cybersecurity programs to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) cybersecurity frameworks and other industry standards.Reporting: Prepare comprehensive forensic reports and present findings to internal stakeholders and clients.Collaborative Projects: Work closely with internal cybersecurity, legal, and compliance teams to deliver effective security services and consulting.
