Aircraft Armament Systems Specialist
Leveraging exceptional professionalism and substantial knowledge of aircraft systems, I was responsible for checking and testing aircraft weapons release and gun systems. As part of my job responsibilities, I completed all paperwork and administered computerized maintenance data system, recognizing any discrepancies and addressing them in a timely fashion. Moreover, I read blueprints, illustrations/specifications to determine layouts, sequences of operations, identities, and relationships of parts. One of my key tasks was to load, unload, and position munitions on aircraft to ensure proper operations.Below are key contributions that I would like to share with you:◆ Adhered to strict safety procedures and protocols while operating a Nuclear Certified munitions lift truck.◆ Dismantled, inspected, repaired, and reassembled aircraft armament structural parts and hangar equipment to repair malfunctions and enhance functionality, performance, and durability.◆ Exceeded goals through effective task prioritization and a great work ethic.◆ Enhanced functionality of armament systems by performing routine maintenance following manufacturer manuals, completing basic repairs, and replacing worn-out components.◆ Participated in the test and evaluation of new prototype weapons and weapons systems.
