Worked as a webinar event producer as an independent contractor for ProVation Medical.Work responsibilities were similar to my experience at 3DVE.

Worked as a Senior Event Producer for 3D Virtual Events, a conferencing and online events provider. I am part of a skilled team of audio Operators, web conferencing event producers, and customer service technicians. My team and I are the front line for all customer services that flow through the company. As a lead for our team, my responsibilities include providing demonstrations during the sales process, training new customers, managing and producing the details of web or audio events, producing and editing videos, creating training literature and fielding support calls. We take all processes through final reporting and then pass the project off to the accounting department. I work from home accomplishing all of this remotely. My job requires me to have excellent written and verbal communications skills; often times, I build long lasting and rewarding relationships with clients, co-workers and colleagues without ever meeting face to face.

After college, a partner and I started a small auto body shop called Phantom Customs. We achieved a moderate level of success and made the company self sustaining. However, after spending a few years building this company, I decided that auto repair was not my true calling so we dissolved the partnership.
