- Work closely with Plant Management, Site Continuous Improvement leads, and external partners to conduct diagnostic analysis to assess current site performance- Travel up to 70% to site to generate cost savings initiatives through Supply Chain, Operations, Quality improvements - Generate project agendas and identify resources to sustain deliverable initiatives - Project Management- Manage risks and remove any blockages that might impact delivering results- Coach and mentor site leadership on how to measure, deliver, and sustain program initiatives- Facilitate the education of the team in the principles, philosophies, and tools of Continuous Improvement and Project Management- Create and align on KPI structure with functional and global metrics- Track and present aligned KPI's to Leadership team on a daily/weekly basis to measure effectiveness

- Responsible for production of all Specialty Products in plant and supervision of Specialty Operators- Lead on all Specialty Production expansion, strategic planning, and growth- Plant SQF Practitioner with focus on implementation, maintenance, and management of SQF program- Responsible for new customer opportunities and capital investment for specialty products- Create production reports and future production strategies to reflect customer needs- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production scheduling- Develop, track, and sustain KPI's for effective production- Analyze product cost and maintain detailed inventory of materials- Track forecasts, budgets, and collaborate with sales and operations to monitor product changes- Responsible for management of materials, material supply, and sourcing materials- Manage and secure transportation of materials and optimize logistics processes- Lead on implementing SAP into facility to track production and material usage- Utilize current and future supply capacities to develop purchasing routines to cover customer demands

Us

Responsible for the management of materials, material supply, including thorough understanding of customer demand, MRP reports, material release process, purchase order confirmations and receipts using SAP. Also, have knowledge and analyze supplier performance and supply management for assigned suppliers, align and coordinate efforts with operations and production planning as well as internal and external freight resources to ensure timely deliveries of inbound materials at competitive rates. Develope unique inventory plans to ensure the realization of department goals and objectives to be able to execute and maintain functional best practices. Analyze and negotiate pricing for Hearthside Food Solutions spending and manage supplier selection and supplier performance for HFS.

Us

Responsible for leading and supervising projects in the facility. Along with supervising projects, I fill-in on running production lines. During this, I supervise up to 30 people on a line to ensure that we hit our production order numbers. I also perform internal audits, compliance regulations, labor efficiency and cost efficiency. I have been a member of numerous fit teams that have successfully reduced cost and increased production.

Manage four other employees. Schedule appointments and interact with customers to provide the best possible service. Help find ways to reduce costs and maximize profits for a small company competing in an industry with other companies and a mainly seasonable service.
