During my time in this role my main duties and responsibilities comprised of the following; · Working as part of a team where I gained experience on Halliburton, Baker Hughes and Schlumberger completions equipment and tooling, which passed through the workshop for overhaul. · Work to, and comply with, engineering procedures specified for each individual assembly whilst adhering to the specific safety aspects detailed therein. · Interpreting engineering drawings to aid the… Show more During my time in this role my main duties and responsibilities comprised of the following; · Working as part of a team where I gained experience on Halliburton, Baker Hughes and Schlumberger completions equipment and tooling, which passed through the workshop for overhaul. · Work to, and comply with, engineering procedures specified for each individual assembly whilst adhering to the specific safety aspects detailed therein. · Interpreting engineering drawings to aid the inspection, assembly and test of the equipment along with their component parts. · Highly experienced in pressure testing, where I predominantly utilized the ‘coffin’ test bays, to ensure the integrity and conformance of each assembly prior to release for shipping. · Adherence to Halliburton QMS processes, where any NCR’s were raised to allow conclusion and traceability of any concerns found during the overhaul process. · Utilization of the Torque Machine (Weatherford programs on both new & older machines), whilst adhering to the various test procedures and specifications on equipment dependent on thread size, type and weight of thread. · Being adaptable in many scenarios to allow the continued service and reliability on the various equipment to pass through the workshop, to include wireline, safety valves, running tools to name but a few.
