As the Production Engineering Team Lead, I am responsible for managing project KPIs such as budget, scope, and time. I complete this whilst also ensuring my team maintain a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions. I also work with the Production Business Owner to ensure that our team is sufficiently developed to maintain and expand the business across Australia, New Zealand, Timor-Leste and Papua New Guinea. The skills I have developed as a Team Lead are listed below.- Project management- Written and verbal communication- Mentoring and training- Resource management As the key technical resource for the East Coast of Australia, I have been involved in all stages of solution design and deployment. This extends from understanding the project requirements to generating an acceptable solution that can be delivered on time and within the allocated budget.
