    • I work 37.5 hours per week (frequent overtime), I troubleshoot simple to complex queries regarding software (i.e backup exec) and hardware (i.e HDD replacement/Ram upgrade). We manage servers for a whole bunch of clients including Roxel, ASOS, Merlin and more. I work with a team of offshore staff and a team in the UK. I mainly deal with the UK only customers and the queries could be anything from low disk drive space (breaching threshold) to racking a server and installing hardware/software to the client specs. I previously was the onsite internal support staff and engineer for our SMB customers which involved me travelling offsite frequently to customers like Peugeot and Citroen to fix onsite hardware/software issues. I seconded from this role within 6 months of being at the company to my current role. I have learnt a-lot in this role and continue to progress my skills
