I was initially hired to help spread awareness for the Astros' brand around the greater Houston area but my organization and interpersonal skills allowed me to shift into being the assistant to the team's mascot, Orbit. With my help, the Orbit team entertained fans from all ages in schools, parties, events, and games bringing smiles to countless faces and propelling Orbit to win Mascot of the Year in 2015.

I brought my talents to a restaurant start up to help them make the transition from idea to actuality. This catering company took orders for, prepped, made, and delivered several hundred meals every weekday with me in the kitchen organizing the daily operations. On top of the website maintenance, bulk food ordering, and occasional shift as a line chef, I handled customer service issues. Unfortunately, as with over half of new restaurants, we did not make it into our second year but what I learned here is invaluable.
