Responsibilities include balancing cash from multiple sources on a daily basis, account reconciliations and assisting on the month end adjusting process and close. Due to my advanced skill level with Excel and my strong data analysis skills, I have enhanced several processes by creating excel spreadsheets to speed processes and ensure accuracy for myself and others in the department. I have also designed and implemented guidelines for detecting and reducing fraudulent credit card purchasing activity saving the company significant money.
