I am very enthusiastic about environmental and conservation practices. With my experience within the environmental field, I have obtained many skills such as preparation of field and laboratory reports, equipment calibration and maintenance, as well as data collection and analysis. With these employers and volunteering opportunities I have collected and conducted plant surveys, trapped and radio collared small and large mammals, and have been in charge of noxious weed control. Among these projects I have had to take precise measurements, perform extensive physical labor, as well as working numerous hours working independently and as part of a team in and out of the field. When fulfilling these tasks I have increased my knowledge in the use of Excel data entry, GPS point plotting, 4-wheel drive vehicles, heavy equipment, and ATV/UTVs on and off road along with the upkeep.
