Researching correlation involving unfavorable case outcomes in cases where federal judges fail to recuse themselves from a case, even though they maintain an adverse financial interest with one of the parties.

Conducted legal research and drafted reported/unreported opinions based around Administrative, State and Local Government, and Corporate Law. Attended en banc proceedings, and drafted vote recommendations for upcoming cases.

Researched relevant case law, drafted memorandums, and observed court hearings on a daily basis. Regularly discussed potential sentencing of defendants and potential motions that were available, via conversation with the County Prosecutor.

Edited numerous chapters of my Professor’s Insurance Law casebook (the leading casebook for Insurance Law in the United States), for content and grammatical errors. Was tasked to find cases for the casebook that identified specific legal issues, edit them, and to attach relevant footnotes. Completed legal index of the textbook.

Worked many positions including Server and Manager in the restaurant/banquet center. Often, was asked to multi-task as many as up to three or four different positions during a single shift or multiple shifts simultaneously, occasionally extending over 14 or more hours. Created banquet contracts according to money and time specifications for weddings, celebrities, and catering events. Additionally, set schedules for employees based on demands of pre-existing contracts as well as keeping oversight of the entire restaurant.
