I played an integral part in the day-to-day operations of a Sign Franchise. After working in all facets of the business, I left with the knowledge and understanding of realistic timelines and budgets for all design projects. Working with such a diverse portfolio of clients and industries gave me insight into the effectiveness of successful design solutions. Each client brought their own list of problems and challenges. My job was to conceptualize tailor-made solutions, present them to the client, and oversee the execution of the project. My skills developed across all facets of the business; from front end customer service, to back end design and installation. I learned the ins and outs of the sign making industry, and was exposed to multiple raises for my ability to run the show and raise the stores profitability.

As a member of the creative team, my main concentration was content creation for our clients social media pages. We navigated our clients social presence into the hands of their targeted demographics by formulating successful Ad Campaigns and studying analytics. I used my flair for modern aesthetics and helped create our clients stories digitally.This role was integral to my passion for working with like-minded creatives. From conceptualizing and story boarding, to presenting new ideas to the creative team. I learned the value in meeting deadlines, working with a team, and inspiring others.

My role with The Rinks was create promotional designs for summer camps and the 2013 FIRS World Inline Hockey Championship. A large role was to not only assist in the marketing and branding of the events, but also assist the events coordinator.
