I am the CEO and Chairman of Genesis Financial, a personal and business finance management company located in the Henderson and Las Vegas, Nevada area.

I handle written communications with consumers and agents and connect the two with one another if the consumer is interested in a specific service. I overlook the quality and performance of concierge specialists, coach specialists on errors and assist when they request help, input daily, weekly, and monthly task counts and task averages, as well as compile summaries and reports of certain production time periods.

I was responsible for cold calling, customer retention, quoting, and policy/contract adjustments. My ROI was between 75-85% and I successfully pulled in 7-10,000$ in premium each portfolio. I was also capable of making between 100-120 calls an hour to interested leads.

I was responsible for operating, maintaining, and fixing food production machines. I was also responsible for complying with FDA standards, completeing periodic quality checks such as metal and pH level analysis. Other daily procedures include constant cleaning and preventative maintenance to over 20 different machines, usually more than one at a time, and operating more than one machine at a time while still accomplishing high quality and accuracy.

During this job I practiced civil litigation processes as well as handle extremely sensitive information on a daily basis.

Clean and maintain cars, transport customers to and from the branch location, inspect and present vehicles to customers, transfer vehicles across city/state.

I was responsible for many things within the agency. I was a marketer, responsible for finding new clients, generating leads, conducting cold calls, collecting information from new and potential clients, and forwarding collected information to licensed agents. Additionally, I was responsible for creating spreadsheets to evaluate my work, and creating statistical spreadsheets to show growth and weaknesses within agency. Lastly, I handled current client contracts, sold higher and better policies to preexisting customers to reclaim and hold business, and renewed expiring policies as well as collect payment and

I would interact with customers of Costco and attempt to sell DirecTV products to them using incentives offered by Costco to make the sales. This was my first sales based job and I managed to meet the quotas each week as well as make bonus within my first month working there. This is also my first job that required traveling as I commuted to St. George Utah from Las Vegas Nevada at least once a month.
