When I was at North Crest Development Corporation I did most aspects of residential construction from new homes to remodels. Skills learned and advanced at North Crest Development include framing, siding, set up concrete forms for flat work, decks, fences, tile, pre-finished hardwood & laminate, finish work, keystone block walls, landscaping, scheduling and general foreman duties.When I was at Gaffney Construciton my responsibilities were to schedule and oversee from start to finish TI commercial jobs. Which includes scheduling, meeting with owners/architects, submittal review, schedule inspections with local jurisdiction, verify work being completed is per plan and design, verify work quality is per standard expected by owner and architect, leading safety meetings, complete punch list from architect and general superintendent duties.At Sea Pac Homes my responsibilities were to schedule and oversee new residential construction from excavation to closing date. I had two plats to run one with 17 homes and one with 9 homes. Plats were started one month apart from when the first house hole was dug fir each plat.During my time at RTL Homes with multiple subdivisions my responsibilities were. Start of excavation to home closing date my responsibilities consisted of keeping residential home builds on schedule, on budget, oversee quality control, schedule and meet with building officials for inspections, lead new home orientation walk through with new buyers, evaluate and execute 30 day warranties with homeowners, evaluate and execute 1 year warranties with homeowners. All work these responsibilities were communicated from myself to my Construction Manager in the office.
