My role in a newly created Product Management team was to create a new product offering tailored to small and medium sized businesses on the Send Word Now SaaS notification platform. I initially defined requirements for the product and new features for the roadmap. I was also responsible for implementing new pricing and packaging, which I based off of feedback from customers, prospects, and sales team members as well as a market analysis and competitive analysis I performed. I then coordinated the release across our sales, marketing, and support teams to our customers and prospects.

I was responsible for leading multiple teams through the acquisitions of seven competitive SaaS notifications platforms. Prior to any acquisition I would perform gap analyses of the new system versus our company systems in order to define comparable features and possible integration points. I also worked directly with our Marketing team to drive announcements and deadlines for clients to transition to our platforms from any software that was being deprecated.Additionally, I managed contract negotiations with acquired clients and generated new revenue from new system sales and feature upgrades.

My main role was to handle day-to-day support for 300+ assigned client accounts with multiple users on ECN's SaaS notification platforms. I would provide training and set up of new systems for clients when contracts were executed, and I would perform a monthly on-call service where 24/7 support would be available to any system users needing technical assistance in emergency situations. Outside of my direct support responsibilities, I performed QA testing of any new features that our development team planned on releasing since we did not have a dedicated QA staff. Additionally, I would routinely reformat and upload client data to fit the requirements of the CodeRED system.
