In my role as a Treaty UW Technology Specialist & Data Steward at Hartford Steam Boiler, I was responsible for gathering user requirements, creating interactive and executive reports, and automating presentations and reports for various analyses. I utilized Power BI, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Analytics to provide insights and recommendations to client teams. I worked in Adobe Analytics to track client portal usage. I leveraged data housed in Microsoft Dynamics in Power BI using DAX code to create dynamic reporting in Power BI on Microsoft 365. I used the data to create reports to monitor progress on new business and prospecting opportunities. I worked closely to build and manage Microsoft Sharepoint files, forms and more.
