As a Senior Coordination Supervisor at US Army, I oversee all operational functions for six subordinate organizations tasked with training over 4,000 Soldiers annually. I have successfully managed corporate marketing, designed and proposed future corporate events, and established project milestones in my previous role as a Deputy Corporate Operations Assistant. I am on the the path to obtain my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Syracuse University, demonstrating my proficiency and expertise in project management and program management.I have a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Indiana University Fort Wayne, where I developed critical thinking, communication, and research skills. I have also acquired a number of skills, including problem solving and leadership abilities, through my diverse and challenging experiences in the Army. I have learned to work under stress situations, adapt quickly to new surroundings, meet all deadlines, and prioritize effectively. My goal is to connect with the civilian workforce and expand my knowledge and experience in project management and program management, while contributing to the success and growth of the organization.
