Based on the production situation pick up golden sample/ limited sample to client side for approval.5. Visit vendor timely to ensure correct production parameter setting in machine and seeking for continuous improvement and process optimization opportunity. 6. Review & file vendor's OQC report for each shipment batch. create statistical quality trackers (including shipment & defect quantity etc.).7. Follow up complaint issued from client and do root cause analysis, form 8D which include short-term/long-term improvement action plan and monitoring & pushing the improvement plan implement on time.8. Conduct supplier visit & audit, work out official scored audit report that includes information such as quality management system/capability/COC etc.9. Follow up the compliance of packaging products such as Rohs, TPCH,94/62/EC etc. support FSC certified materials supplier chain custody documentation timely.

1. Review the Mockup from UK Tiger print and give technical support to vendor and work out contract seal (white sample) for construction review.2. Once UK Tiger print approved the contract seal, they will issue PO/AI files/color target/product specification, will cross check all files are consistent and accuracy, then working testing plan with vendors.3. Work out a limited sample based on production to ensure all products are consistent in series on shelves even supplied by various vendors, onsite color approval is necessary, too.4. Perform a production line audit to ensure materials/products quality can meet client (Marks &Spencer)’s quality requirement weekly. Rework/improvement solutions to be provided if any quality issue is found. Monitoring supplier’s quality /operation/production performance and push for continuous improvement.5.
