Given to opportunity to learn our resort catering business has been an amazing opportunity. Working closely at the resort with smaller teams I have gained much more knowledge of the client relationship building process. After being brought on full-time I spent my time developing relationships across Walt Disney World to develop and execute amazing events for our clients and guests. Spending time on several different operational teams I developed skills in operations, logistics, time management, and food & beverage. Our teams delivered over 2,000+ events every year ranging.

Working Disney Retail in a mall based environment allowed me to explore my management style and approach to many different situations. Training in several different areas of the store environment from loss prevention to inventory prepared me to lead with confidence without much supervision. My greatest achievement was being named a Disney Store Ambassador.

Nautica was my first opportunity to learn retail and it paid off over the years. Learning inventory management and retail cycles set the foundation for my future. Leading the cashier team and managing the POS functions of the store was my first leadership role.
