Managed and monitored level 1 support ticket queue which consistent of dealing with network issues from university of waterloo staff and students across the university of waterloo campus, assisting staff and students with workplace/classroom setup( ethernet setup) and verifying validity of ethernet connection documentation

Collaborated with NRC IRAP project management team, assisting in setting up and maintaining project management standards as well as improving project management processes. Also worked with IRAP's software development team in debugging and resolving technical issues in IRAP's databases and software, as well as improving the usability and quality of a custom excel tool.

First co-op term where I got the opportunity to work with Teledyne Dalsa's X-ray team to set up, and optimize a specialized production line for manufacturing X-Ray sensors within a cross functional team with engineering, operations, and production staff. Very hands on role where I improved the efficiency of the x-ray production team by assisting the production team with data entity, packaging, and ensuring minimal downtime by repairing, calibrating and inspecting equipment used.

Explored Latex to visualized A-level mathematic educational questions/ equations into E-learning software. Tested functionality and quality of E-learning platform.
