The Conference Services Manager at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh within the Residence Life department plays a pivotal role in coordinating and managing all aspects of conference services within university housing facilities. -Supervised and assisted one Managerial Assistant with lock changes, key tracking, and key delivery to ensure timely customer service to Residents-Scheduled Residential Halls’ fire drills and tracked all Residential Halls’ unscheduled fire alarms through the Advocate program-Administered between quad administrative liaisons for various facilities related tasks such as delivering assorted equipment, kitchen equipment orders, and major maintenance issues in the Residence Halls-Organized and approved all hall closing recess housing applications through MyInvolvement.org-Operated telephone directories and answered questions from Students, Parents, and University Professional or connected them to Staff Professionals who could answer questions-Sustainability liaison between Central Office and the Sustainability Office to ensure or assisted with the storage of equipment for the semester long bike share program

As a Community Advisor I organized events that attempted to create a social community within the floor of a residence hall. The Community Advisor was expected to work collaboratively with other staff members on events for residents as well as enforcing polices throughout the Residence Hall.
