Led Youth Workforce Service efforts for Montgomery County including conceiving, creating and implementing the MontcoWorks NOW youth workforce program for Montgomery County.The MontcoWorks NOW Team continues to serve youth and young adults under the provisions of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). This program serves youth and young adults in making education gains, explore careers, engage in work-based learning experiences and ultimately attain self-sustaining employment.Created and provided extensive formal and informal professional development for school districts, post-secondary training providers, and business and non-profit partners to engage youth and young adults.Working from a model I created for developing a career counselor role for Souderton Area High School, I coached dozens of school district and career and technical staff members on how to implement and sustain career counseling programs throughout the region. This talent development of high potential employees helped to created transformative career pathway programs that continue to serve thousands of students in the Southeastern Pennsylvania region.

Served as grade level principal for the Class of 2018, comprised of 540 students. Assisted the principal in supervising 131 professional staff, with direct supervisory responsibility for approximately 30 full-time teachers.• Provided administrative leadership to the on-going development of the Pathway 360 program, forging partnerships with area businesses and non-profits to create substantive internships for students to explore their career interests.• Led the implementation of the Common Core State Standards for literacy at the high school level through a pilot program, staff development, and ongoing data monitoring.• Supervised the advisors of all high school clubs and activities.• Served as site coordinator for all building and facility calendar related items.

Souderton Area School District Pathway 360--USDA STEC CAP Collaborative VentureServed as a collaborator, on behalf of Souderton Area School District, to help expand education and outreach by promoting career pathways in food safety, food science, and related careers in agriculture. This effort was in support of the U.S. Department of Agriculture-National Institute of Food and Agriculture (USDA-NIFA) Coordinated Agricultural Project (CAP) grant, titled Shiga-toxigenic Escherichia coli (STEC) in the Beef Chain: Assessing and Mitigating the Risk by Translational Science, Education and Outreach, seeks to significantly advance evidence- and action-based beef food safety knowledge to protect public health.

Assisted the principal in supervising 103 professional and support staff members and over 1250 students, with direct supervisory responsibility for 31 staff members and over 600 students.Assisted in the implementation of standards based grading.Developed the master schedule for the senior high school in PowerSchool.Served as district coordinator for the Student Assistance Program.Served as district liaison to the Upper Bucks Healthy Communities Healthy Youth Coalition
