Oversee the leasing and asset management of 1.71M SF of office asset across 8 buildings in Piedmont's Northeast Region, including 2 assets in downtown Washington, DC (440K SF) and 6 assets in Suburban Boston (1.27M SF). Assist in asset management efforts for another 1.12M SF across 4 Washington, DC asset. Conduct all financial analysis for lease transactions in the region and update Argus models for quarterly portfolio reporting. Assist in capital markets efforts including asset acquisitions and dispositions.

- Perform in-depth financial analysis and support strategic leasing efforts for 20 Class A office assets totaling over 6 Million square feet in the Northeast Region (consisting of Washington, DC, Philadelphia, New York City, and Boston metro areas). - Typical duties include lease analysis, annual budget reviews, ARGUS modeling, property financial reviews and acquisition/disposition due diligence. - Maintain integrity of assigned ARGUS models on a regular basis, including leasing updates, tenantchanges, capital activity, and market assumption changes.- Provide analytical support for Asset Managers, which include lease analysis, capital payback analysis, NPV analysis, market tracking analysis, and expense recovery.- Support Portfolio Management initiatives and provide due diligence support for acquisitions.

-Support all capital market activities for the company’s internal portfolio as well as 3rd party clients, including acquisitions, dispositions, equity and debt financings. -Assist in coordinating, sourcing, and identifying direct investment opportunities, both on and off market, which meet the company’s investment parameters. -Lead redevelopment and acquisition of Senior Housing department within the company.

As part of the PNC Business Banking team, I helped businesses from $1-10MM in annual revenue achieve their financial goals by providing customized cash flow solutions to make their business money management as efficient as possible. Specializations included working capital lines of credit, commercial mortgages, equipment loan financing, treasury management solutions, and various business banking needs.

-Sole participant in Washington, DC to participate in an elite, leadership training and development program intended to develop the next generation of Banking executives.-After graduation from ACCEL, was selected to coach other Associates throughout their training.
