As the Executive Director of Project Animal Freedom, I run our day-to-day operations, from social media marketing to event planning. I oversee a team of roughly 30 dedicated volunteers, including board members, committee members, chapter organizers, interns, and advisors. I currently chair our Governance Committee, Fundraising Committee, Events Committee, and Communications Committee, and I am training leadership under me to run these committees. I also serve as our Chapter Coordinator, helping chapter organizers across the Midwest build thriving animal rights communities. I have organized over 200 events, everything from our Vegan Climate Summit and Gay Vegan Expo to Vegmas and FreedomFest, with plenty of smaller outreach events in between.
