I am currently working as an analyst in the Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE) at CSU Fresno. Tasks include querying, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data on student/faculty outcomes and trends. Current projects include building a dashboard to explore academic status of students and academic advising utilization. In addition, I specialize in providing analytical expertise on issues concerning faculty employment and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), with the goal of addressing current inequities in hiring/retaining diverse faculty.

Provided support on an enterprise-wide assessment of leadership skill needs for BSC leaders. Tasks included collecting and analyzing quantitative data on leadership performance, researching new trends in leadership development, and outlining an executive report that will be used to drive change in the organization’s leadership strategy.

Conducted needs analyses and used insights from data to create training materials that met the organization's business objectives. Evaluation tools and data collection strategies were designed to help the organization make data-driven decisions in the future with the provided training programs. Responsibilities included collecting data from members about the organization via questionnaires, focus groups, and archival analysis. The data were used to diagnose current issues related to the organization's leadership, culture, and member participation. Responsibilities included conducting research on the position and creating a job analysis questionnaire completed by subject matter experts (SMEs). Observed and interviewed advisers in their work environments. Developed knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), and task statements entailed in the position. Assisted in the development of a selection plan that was designed to complement the department's recruitment strategy.

Cataloged yearly event data in spreadsheets to determine attendance rates and optimum event capacity. Fielded time sensitive questions and high-volume calls as front office staff for the University and Alumni Association. Supervised after-hours events and served as direct point of contact for guest needs/issues.

Collaborated with a team to research potential business-led solutions to aid in achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDG). Led discussions and research into corporate social responsibility and assisted in determining the return value of the selected studies provided to the UN committee. Compiled an annotated bibliography that was published in the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychology TIP journal.

Served as student representative on a research task force that was created to address issues of work-life balance among faculty and staff in various departments across the university. Collaborated with a diverse array of stakeholders who were SMEs in work-life research. Primary tasks were to collect data on faculty and staff satisfaction with their work and life tasks/roles. Observed focus group sessions. Assisted in developing themes from transcripts that were related to issues using work-life programs and work-life balance in general.
