Over the past decade of my career, I've built a strong foundation of experience across a broad spectrum of industry. I've made a home in the Hotel industry spanning a variety of roles in Food & Beverage, from Stewarding to F&B Supervisor, to my current role as Quality Assurance Manager. I've successfully led a committee of industry peers to achieve a HACCP certification within the first 6 months in my current role, where I continue to pursue a Forbes standard of excellence.
