About Kyle Mccartan

I attended higher education both at ECC and UB where I achieved a Bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Counseling. Post graduation I worked at the Cantalician Center as an Employment Specialist providing direct support to individuals in my community with obtaining and maintaining employment.
