As a health professional, I am passionate in working with my clients towards returning to or achieving meaningful changes in their lives, whether it be through movement, formal exercise, or collaborating on strategies to make positive lifestyle changes. My past work experience includes coaching high school baseball, volunteering as a strength & conditioning coach at UBC, and working as a kinesiologist (Chronic Pain Clinic; & Lifemark at general MSK setting including MVA, work, and sport-related injuries). More recently, I completed my Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta, with clinical experiences that included 2 outpatient musculoskeletal and 2 neuro rehab clinics. In my last practicum, I helped lead a project with Alberta Health Services to develop clinician support tools for appropriate exercise dosage in older adults.Outside of work, I enjoy long-distance running, cycling, playing sports with friends, hiking, and camping. Previously, I played varsity baseball for 4 years at UBC.
