I worked under the supervision of a professor. I typically worked under my own direction on various projects the professor was involved with.

At the Cleveland, Ohio flour mill, I completed the day to day tasks of the milling superintendent. I was involved in the layout and conversion of the mill from bucket elevators to a pneumatic mill. I have also been active in a fumigation, customer audits, and a BRC audit.

I was given the opportunity to be involved in all facets of the flour milling process. I spent time in each department (warehouse, elevator, and mill) and performed nearly all jobs for at least one day.
