For as long as I can remember I have had a deep passion for helping others. As I grew older and started personal development, I realised that one of my highest values, along with service to others, is to help make a positive difference in this world. After gaining my undergraduate BSc degree in psychology with first class honours from Queens University, Belfast, I knew that positive psychology was the area I wanted to make my main focus. This led me to completing a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology at Buckinghamshire New University in Aylesbury, gaining my MSc with Distinction.I have worked in both assistant and associate psychologist roles within the Belfast Trust, and continue to pursue my passion for helping others now as a qualified positive psychology practitioner and consultant.I am available for coaching, mentoring, public speaking and workshops.
