I currently serve as the Director of Inclusion for the St. Andre Bessette Open Doors Inclusion Program at St. Mary Catholic Central High School in Monroe, Michigan which is the first fully inclusive special education program for students with moderate to severe cognitive disabilities. We have a unique system of peer mentors who are students who elect to receive elective credit to fill the role of an adult 1:1 aide with training from myself in addition to a modified curriculum on different diploma tracks. I also serve as the Director of Summer Camps which oversees all of our summer sports camps beginning in early June through late July for any youth in south-east Michigan interested in participating in a respective youth camp. I also serve an the Special Teams Coordinator/Offensive Line coach for the St. Mary Catholic Central varsity football team which is the #16 winningest high school program in the state of Michigan and most recently won a state championship in 2019. I am a 18 year veteran of coaching varsity high school football and fortunate to have been a Head Football Coach, coordinator, and assistant coach. I have also spoken on the local, regional, state, and national level for various clinics including the Michigan High School Football Coaches Association, American Football Coaches Association and the Glazier Clinics circuit.
