My time as Beverage Director for What? Music & Arts Festival has brought on several partnerships and friendships alike. I am in charge of all beverage operations for the festival in Columbus, Ohio that started in 2018. We just finished our second year and it has been a huge success. I worked with breweries and distilleries to form partnerships to offer local products as well as national brands. I took care of all day of beverage operations as well which included hiring, training and managing the staff.

- Managing employees, hiring and training new team members.- Provide feedback, coaching and counseling to team members on a consistent and regular basis.- Creating up to date menus on an event by event basis. - Maintain cost control methods and procedures by monitoring consistent pars and inventory.- Supervise the bar during events to ensure quality and service are achieved during each shift.- Consulting with special events team for large event operations.- Developing an inventory following current trends of beer, liquor and wine.

While working at Endeavor Brewing Co. I both bartended and took on more serious task for the company than i had at Zauber Brewing Co. I took place in a weekly manager meeting to help develop the bar into something that worked for both the emploeyees and the owners. I helped create a more sustainable beverage system, do liqour orders, train employees, design draft menus, create themed nights and much more.

Hans Alice Inc. is a Columbus based Wholesale and E-Commerce company. I was originally asked to join the team in August of 2016. We sold products through Amazon and our own wholesale website. I have many responsibilities including:- B2B Wholesales- E-Commerce - Designing Product Sheets/Books- Sales Management - Customer Service- Warehousing - Advertising - Product Managment

During my time at Zauber brewing Co. I learned extensive beer and cocktail knowledge while preforming in a high volume environment. I also developed both people and public speaking skills while talking to patrons for multiple years. I learned how to engage customers for hours on end while keeping a fun and happy atmosphere while serving at the necessary pace required.
