Supplier Management System and Strategic Sourcing partnerships. Process improvement through use of business system. Supports the Supply Chain team by developing process/tool improvement plans and identify opportunities for process/tool enhancements to drive operational efficiencies across Teams. Negotiating contracts that provide maximum value for the organization. Responsible for Supplier Management including but not limited to establishing supplier reporting and periodic supplier reviews as required to track and monitor progress, risks and constraints that may impact performance. Manage the risk and constraints in a proactive matter to ensure the supplier implements and adheres to work around and / or recovery plans and to mitigate time, scope and costs. Review internal requests – SOR / SOW’s, prepare and release Requests for Quote (RFQ), Tenders, and Negotiate Pricing and Terms & Conditions. Manage Cost reduction initiatives relative to supplier management and long term supply planning to align with the 5 Year Plan. Responsible for leading the Continuous Improvement initiatives at the Plant. Drives Continuous Improvement to quantitatively and qualitatively improve costs, quality. System improvement work in all areas of the business including but not limited to Finance, Production, Shipping, Blow Molding, and Procurement. Manage IT budget, proposals, business cases and capital expenditures.Development and Administrator of Sage X3 applications.
