I've spent my life in construction, starting as a laborer cleaning up commercial job sites for my father’s general contracting company, work my way up to becoming the Director of Construction for a National Construction Managment and facilitation company. I have worked hands on in most of the trades and held many different positions of the construction industry. My experience has provided me a unique knowledge base to draw from while scheduling, planning, budgeting and negotiating contracts in the construction field. I spent a decade working nationwide with franchise and corporate clients to ensure the spaces they were looking at meet there needs from core and shell requirements, helping work out appropriate TI dollars prior to lease, designing the space to fit their need while maintaining brand standards, full procurement of design services, general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers. I have traveled to job site to monitor quality, work out permitting and technical issues, and ensure the project schedule was being maintained. I've worked to help in strategic planning of the business management and growth development to bring the company from a start up to a multi-million dollar company, expanding the staffing 4x while maintaining quality, pricing structure and increasing profitability by relooking at how materials are sourced adding more self-preformed work and procurement.
