I have quickly come to learn that you are only as successful as the team working for you. Creating a well functioning team that wants to come to work can be a difficult task but if you can succeed in doing so, success will find you.While receiving my post secondary education, I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to learn and grow in a co-op role with a world class organization, Jones Packaging. As I grew and developed within the company, I was able to gain valuable information and experience which, in turn, grew into a desire to use my acquired skills to further develop my department and the departments around me. Currently I have been working on internal workflow, automation processes, efficiencies and development of our operations with internal and external customers of Jones packaging Inc.Specialties: Technical prepress design, Package design & development, Team development, Print processes, ESKO Artwork workflows and automation, ESKO Artwork tools such as Packedge & Plato, Adobe Creative Suite, Project management, Microsoft Office, SAPAccomplishments: Create, built and established automated workflow software linked to multiple departments enhancing processing time and manual inputs.
