-Responsible for all Medical History job skills in order to screen new and repeat donors for eligibility to donate.-Take and record donor pulse, blood pressure, and temperature measures and monitor electronic donor questionnaire system.-Perform fingerstick, test sample, and record other donor measures to include hematocrit, total protein and weight.-Provide excellent customer service while monitoring donors during the donation process and responding to donor reactions.

-Collaborated with a team of 50 peers and staff to create programs, implement safe and exciting group activities, and manage the behavior of staff and children.-Worked with a team to create and implement daily programs and activities that fostered learning and character growth among youth ages 10-12.-Responded with proactive and responsible solutions to diverse and challenging situations, involving program conflict and child behavior.
