OneSpaWorld operated as Steiner Leisure first as a public company. It was sold to LCatterton in 2015, and renamed when the company was sold in 2018 to Haymaker Acquisition Corp.I was hand selected by our CEO to build and manage the company’s first financial planning and analysis function. This entailed influencing business strategy and operations as the embedded partner to the CEO, providing leadership over a team of four analysts in budgeting, planning, forecasting, cash flow, ROI analysis, RFP construction and insights, data analytics, payroll strategy, and consolidated reporting. Achievements:►Constructing a robust FP&A framework that elevated executive decision capability and operational agility via a disciplined budget process, CAPEX/OPEX management plans, highly compliant financial reporting, and P&L gap analysis delivering key insights.►Instituting the full scope of FP&A operations, delivering highly detailed and accurate budgets, KPIs, forecasts, and systems. I developed detailed forecasts used in constructing pricing agreements, and conditions on complex terms and incentives, and which served as the basis for negotiations.►Collaborating with our CIO and other key stakeholders in the planning and execution of a proprietary POS across 200+ stores.
