• Responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of a portfolio of health and wellness programming within Oracle's Health Transformation Office, including managing our Workforce Health Services business and internal Health Clinics and Pharmacies projects and program.• Serve as a partner to the Chief Medical Officer to deliver on strategy, plan initiatives, oversee project teams, and manage against budget and timeline goals.• Lead digital product and business development strategy for Wellness products and programs, including Workforce Health, Musculoskeletal Health, and Mental Health services and solution offerings in the employer, provider, and healthcare markets.• Drive execution of product go-to-market strategy with cross-functional program teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, Contracting, and Services.• Create governance structures to ensure the leadership team is aligned on changes, risks, value delivery, process improvements, and strategy enablement.• Develop presentations for executive reports, committee materials, client presentations, external correspondence, and all-hands meetings.
