In my current role, I oversee day-to-day operations, lead my team, conduct safety meetings, and manage scheduling and maintenance planning. My proudest achievements include driving our area's digital transformation by implementing digital logbooks and log sheets, streamlining processes, and enhancing efficiency.With 12 years of experience at the Refinery and two years ago transitioned to a Supervisor to become a change advocate in the oil and gas industry. I previously was employed as an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I thrive on building relationships, leading teams, and continually honing my leadership skills through ongoing education.My key strengths lie in my unwavering drive, strong work ethic, effective communication, quick decision-making abilities, and the resilience to learn from past challenges and forge ahead.My professional mission is to lead change and create a safer, more efficient workplace.
