Kyle Munoz is the Senior Director of Operational Excellence Capabilities for Pfizer's Global Manufacturing and Supply organization. To create a self-sustaining culture of continuous improvement, her role includes leading global programs for Innovation and Lean Six Sigma as well as team effectiveness and organizational development programs such as HBDI Whole-Brain Thinking, Change Management, Lean Leadership and Coaching across an organization of over 37,000 colleagues at 35 manufacturing sites and center functions. Kyle provides strategic direction for governance, standards and implementation of these global programs. In her previous role, she created and delivered training programs for a global network of over 300 Innovation Coaches on the behaviors, tools, processes and metrics required to build and sustain a culture of innovation. Kyle is a certified Herrmann Brain practitioner leading programs that bring whole-brain thinking to leadership teams across the organization. Kyle has also led the behavioral-based platform of Mindsets & Behaviors, working with senior leadership teams to help transform their organization's culture. As an agent of cultural change, Kyle facilitates the growth of inspired, innovative organizational cultures that can unlock the full potential of employees at all levels. She is an agent of change for developing new skills and capabilities and inspiring new behaviors across the organization.In other roles during her 22 years at Pfizer, Kyle has provided Learning & Development leadership to several departments including US Sales Operations, Worldwide Regulatory Operations and Clinical Data Operations. She was the training lead for Pfizer’s Risk Management group responsible for developing and delivering global training programs in the areas of environmental, health and safety and business continuity. Kyle has experience developing blended learning solutions including elearning, web-based training, virtual classroom and instructor-led training, as well as leading internal training networks. Before joining Pfizer, Kyle was a manager for Nextel Communications developing instructional and marketing materials. Previous training positions include training specialist for Providence Hospital in Washington DC and sales training officer for National City Bank.
