As the Head of Windsports, I am the direct supervisor to a group of five staff. We spend our days teaching children to sail, creating and executing creative programs, and lifeguarding. My responsibilities also extend to the camp as a whole, as I am part of the head staff team who supervise our community of over 100 staff and over 500 campers.

Addressing matters in court on behalf of counsel, drafting legal documents, and administrative duties.

As part of the Northland community, my duties to ensure camper satisfaction and development were divided between co-leading Windsports and in-cabin camper care.

Working with the marketing team to create increased brand awareness, attract new clientele, connect founders with interested investors, and continue to solidify our position as an industry leader.

Working with charities such as AMREF and Hope & Healing as a door-to-door fundraising partner.
